Our sauerkraut is produced in Slovakia. The cabbage is grown by our contractual partners on the Rye Island (Žitný ostrov). The choice of suitable varieties, the observance of silvicultural and processing technologies enables that the pickled cabbage in the colourful package has a 60-day expiration date without adding any preservatives. The traditional home recipe gives our products a unique taste. The product is not heat treated and does not contain any preservatives, therefore all the vitamins and minerals are preserved.
